Membership Meeting
Mark your calendar for our General Membership Meeting on Monday, May 11, starting at 7:30 PM.
We’ll also be accepting nominations for the 2026–2027 Executive Board, including President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary (one-year terms), and 2 Member-at-Large positions (two-year terms).
Members in good standing who have attended 5 meetings in the past 12 months may run for office. Those who have attended 3 meetings may nominate and vote.
The Membership Raffle will be drawn — and the pot is now up to $618! Be present to win; only active members are eligible.

Derby Party
Spring into Derby Day and gallop into a night of fun in The Pub—our Kentucky Derby Party is back.
Saturday, May 2 | Doors open at 5 PM
We’ll have drink specials all night, plus horse pulls with multiple buy-in options—so you’ve got plenty of chances to pick a winner and get in on the action.
Feeling lucky and stylish? Don’t miss our hat contest—there’s always some standout looks and a prize on the line.
This is a potluck-style night, so bring a dish to share, grab your crew, and settle in for all the excitement of race day right here at the IACES.
Unofficial Cinco
de Mayo Party
Cinco de Mayo…ish, but make it midweek fun at The Pub—no cover, just show up and join the party.
Join us on Wednesday, May 6th at 6PM.
We’ll have drink specials flowing, and we’re inviting everyone to bring their favorite salsa, guac, or queso to share—because the best parties always involve snacks.
No frills, no fuss—just a relaxed night with great flavors, good laughs, and a little something different for your week.
Anniversary Dance
Rescheduled!!
Our Anniversary Dance has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 30th.
Join us for an evening of music, dancing, and celebration featuring live entertainment from The Kilroys.

- $25 Members | $35 Guests

Memorial Day
at the IACES
Join us on Monday, May 25, 2026 as we honor and remember those who gave their lives in service to our country.
The IACES will proudly march in the Memorial Day Parade at 10AM—and we want you with us! Meet in the Main Hall at 9:30 AM to line up and head over together.
Our first-place parade float and award-winning Parade Units will be part of the day, making it a proud showing for the Club.
